This series includes two gear‑cam driven paper cup machines, both powered by a single main motor and equipped with a single aluminum disk to reduce failures and training time. The LZ-GC16(08) (8 stations) runs at 70‑90 pcs/min, while the LZ-GC16(10) (10 stations with 5 heating groups) reaches 90‑120 pcs/min. Both produce 3‑16 oz cups with single/double PE, PLA, or water‑based coatings. Fully automated processes cover feeding, ultrasonic/copper welding, bottom forming, knurling, and discharge. Custom molds are available for each model, offering flexible production solutions.

This single-motor paper cup machine integrates gear and cam drive for smooth operation. Its single‑aluminum‑disk design cuts failure rates and training time versus old three‑disk models. Producing 16–22 oz single/double PE cups at 50–70 pcs/min, it automates feeding, welding, transfer, bottom forming, knurling, and discharge. Built with in‑house stability upgrades, it also accepts custom molds for flexible production.

The LZ-SC130S / SC150S / SC160S is a semi-servo smart paper cup machine producing 120–150 pcs/min for 5–16 oz cold & hot cups. Its desktop layout isolates drive components under the table from molds above — easy to clean and maintain.

The LZ-SC200M is a high-speed intelligent full servo paper cup machine producing 150–180 pcs/min for 6–16 oz hot & cold cups. Its desktop layout isolates drive components below from molds above — simple to clean and maintain.

The LZ-SC180M is a high-speed smart full servo paper cup machine producing 160–200 pcs/min for 6–16 oz hot & cold cups. Its desktop layout isolates drive components below the table from molds above — easy to clean and maintain.
