This gear-driven salad bowl machine series features integral steel plate construction and an oily lubrication system for long-term stable operation. Both models handle single/double PE paper (180-350 g/m²) at 40-60 pcs/min, with PLC control and 15kW power. The LZ-GB60 produces 35-60 oz bowls (T:140-185mm, B:120-165mm, H:50-90mm), while the LZ-GB120 produces 35-120 oz bowls (T:140-200mm, B:120-165mm, H:50-170mm). Both support custom sizing per user requirements, with comprehensive automation from feeding to discharge.

This series offers two robust paper bowl forming machines built with integral steel plate bodies and oil‑type lubrication systems for long‑term stable operation. The high‑speed 10‑station model delivers 80‑100 pcs/min for 12‑35 oz bowls (T:90‑150mm, B:70‑128mm, H:50‑125mm), while the medium‑speed model runs 60‑70 pcs/min. Both handle single/double PE paper at 140‑350 g/m², with PLC control, 15kW power, and 380V/50Hz. Custom size tooling available per user requirements, with comprehensive automation from feeding to discharge.

This smart servo-driven paper bowl machine series features a desktop layout that isolates transmission parts under the table and molds on top, simplifying cleaning and maintenance. Automatic spray lubrication, servo control, barrel indexing mechanism, and gear transmission ensure stability and product quality. PLC, photoelectric tracking, and servo feed manage all electrical operations.
